Avoid red dragonhide, it's not an extremely popular product and avoid seeds as they're the worst, I have lost an absolute fortune from RS gold these seeds. The trick is to go to the graph of 180 days and study the patterns that bounce frequently between two points. You can purchase and sell before they get to them. It takes some time but over time it's possible to earn incredible profits of around 1-2 million everyday...do some slaying or woodcutting simultaneously so you're not wasting your time either.
Herb running (in the sense of) is the running between all of the herb patches usually in the most efficient way possible. It takes some time to perfect a decent route running through the marsh (forget its name) that is near draynor manor as well as the one in the north of ardy, the one in Catherby as well as (if the quest has been completed) the patch up in Trollheim.
The idea should be to grow (usually) one of the highest-profitable seed of the herb that yields the highest profit when harvested. I'm not entirely sure about the most appropriate level to start at, or even the current pricing. However, I would probably cheap OSRS gold not recommend you to start with your level until you've got additional herb options.
