chronic nervous stress The frantic modern rhythm leaves no chance for the nervous system to remain in perfect order. When the nervous system systematically experiences enormous loads from any situations, then nervous stress passes into a chronic stage. This concept has become so commonplace for a person that there is simply no time left and no chance to think about whether his condition is natural and whether any measures need to be taken. Such negligence leads to a dead end, because health is not infinite. And chronic stress each time provokes more and more diseases. Causes of chronic stress include: disharmony of family and personal relationships; unfavorable microclimate with others; lack of confidence in their abilities; the current unsolvable life situation; loneliness. Acute nervous stress Acute stress borders very closely on chronic stress. Its main difference is the mechanism of occurrence. The extreme degree of acute stress is a state of shock. Acute stress can occur with a strong one-time shock. The structure of the nervous system is such that a person can cope with a low and medium degree of stress on their own. An acute reaction occurs with shocks of high intensity. But this shock lasts for a limited time. Causes of acute stress include: injury or death of a loved one. Involvement in accidents, catastrophes, fires, amputation, significant burns, rape, dismissal, assault, panic attack, fight, serious conflict. Symptoms: reactive reaction, stupor, disorientation, sadness, aggression, violation of the senses.
